The chart layer renders off the React tree entirely — a direct-to-canvas draw loop keyed to the WebSocket feed, so 500+ updating points never trigger a component re-render.

A three-step booking flow with a live availability calendar and room comparison view.
The calendar patches only the changed date cells on availability updates instead of re-rendering the grid — stays smooth on a 40-room, 90-day view.

A live fleet map with clustered vehicle markers and route-deviation alerts.
Marker clustering runs in a Web Worker so map interaction stays responsive with 1,000+ simulated vehicle positions updating every few seconds.

A property showcase page with a full-bleed image sequence and scroll-driven camera moves.
Every image ships as AVIF with a blurred placeholder sized to its exact aspect ratio, so the scroll sequence holds zero layout shift on a slow connection.

Material previews are pre-rendered sprite sheets, not live 3D — the same visual result as a WebGL configurator at a fraction of the JS payload.
